Founded in 1995 by Chad Horne and Dave Nader on a commitment to construction quality and design excellence, Windward Homes has grown to be Tampa's largest independently owned and operated builder with homebuilding operations in 18 communities and 3 counties. Although the growth in just eight short years has been rapid, the company continues to be privately held and both Horne and Nader remain actively involved in daily operations.
